and most unusual breeds to grace the rabbit fancy in many decades.

Daydream Charm
BOV
MN STATE CONVENTION
9/29/07

My Siamese Sable doe Cimmaron Daydream Charm
really turned on the charm at her first show!

After waiting what seemed like forever for her to get to the 1 pound &
10 ounce mark, we finally had a chance to go out and show off.
She won BOV under Bob Koch (on the Standards Committee)
and she got a real hard look for BOB! In the end he had two Lionheads
left little Daydream Charm and a nice SENIOR Tort doe from Cimmaron.
He went with the older girl who had maturity of coat but said
Charm was a very promising baby.

It was a nice showing of Lionheads with 5 exhibitors and over 20 Lionheads at the Minnesota State Convention.
Watch for us at some of the upcoming shows.

a TRACK RECORD to be proud of . . . .

I only showed 4 rabbits at Lionhead Nationals in 2007.
My Lionheads placed 4th REW Jr Doe (class of 26)
6th Tortoise Jr Buck (class of 39)
7th Tortoise Jr Doe (class of 43)
In addtion during the 2007 Show Season my Lionheads
managed 2 BOS plus many class first up here in tough
Minnesota competion.

I though I might not show as much as the "big breeders"
butI think my show record speaks for it self.

Kirin Calypso
3rd Jr Doe '06 ARBA Conv.

Like the mythical Kirin, a magical unicorn type beast with
a mane like a lion, the little Lionhead Rabbit captures
the fancy of everyone who meets them.

With normal fur on the body, this little rabbit has a
beautiful mane of the soft wool encircling its head.
Small at under 3 3/4 pounds to be shown they are
friendly and easy going in temperament.

The result of a genetic mutation in the domestic
rabbit the Lionhead Rabbit has fast taken the
rabbit fancy, both in England and
North America by storm.

Like the magical Kirin, who gives it name to
my rabbitry, the Mini Satin shimmers and
shines in its Satin coat!

One of the newest additions to eh ARBA
show world they are small, compact and oh
so pretty. Only recognized to show for Best
of Breed in White now their are plenty of other
colors waiting in the wings for approval !

I am sure they will be popular among adults
and youth as their small size under 4 3/4 pounds
and beautiful fur coats just make them an
excellent choice to add to a show herd

Here at Kirin I would be happy to assist you in finding a bit of magic of your own!
